Plastering/Skimming

Skimming helps upgrade an old building while plastering is done to a new building. A skimmed surface is generally smoother than a plastered surface.

Drylining

It provides the cleanest, fastest, and most convenient way to partition a space, is easy to decorate, and can increase insulation and prevent condensation. Various types are suitable for different environments. These include:

• Acoustic plasterboard is your option if you have a soundproofing or acoustic problem.
• Fire-resistant plasterboard can be installed to provide a fire rating of up to an hour. Both walls and ceilings can be covered with these boards.
• A tile backer and aqua board can protect against mould and water in wet areas, such as bathrooms or kitchens.
• Impact Resistant Plasterboard can reduce damage from scuffs, vibrations, and impacts.

Metal Frame Ceilings and Partitions

A metal frame is built and fixed with a plasterboard. The MF ceiling system can resist moisture, fire and acoustic depending on the plasterboard used.
